Atom Trade is a Bloomberg-style technology platform that provides real-time and delayed market data for the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). It is a data visualization and analysis tool designed to help users view market information.

Atom Trade is NOT investment advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. All data, charts, screeners, AI insights, and analyses are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape in bulk, or resell market data obtained through this platform.
• You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information viewed on this platform.
• You must comply with all applicable SEBI regulations and exchange rules when trading.

All information displayed on Atom Trade — including stock prices, charts, financial ratios, AI-generated insights, and screener results — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a research report, or any form of regulated financial service.

You should not rely solely on any information on this platform when making investment decisions. Past performance of any security is not indicative of future results.

Atom Trade allows you to connect your brokerage accounts via API keys provided by third-party brokers (Zerodha, Upstox, AngelOne, and others). When you initiate orders through the platform:

• Your order is transmitted to your chosen broker's systems using the API credentials you provided.
• The broker is solely responsible for order execution, fills, rejections, and settlement.
• We are not responsible for order execution quality, slippage, partial fills, system outages at the broker, or any losses arising from orders placed through broker integrations.
• We do not hold client funds or securities at any time.
• Margin requirements and risk management are governed by your broker and SEBI regulations, not by us.

Atom Trade does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Data feeds may experience delays, gaps, or errors. Do not rely on this platform as your sole source of truth for trading decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lark Finserv Technology Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses, missed trades, or financial damage arising from your use of the platform.
• Any inaccuracy, delay, or unavailability of market data.
• Any loss or damage resulting from broker API failures or connectivity issues.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of use of this service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.

The Atom Trade software, design, and original content are proprietary to Lark Finserv Technology Pvt. Ltd. Market data is licensed from third-party data providers and exchanges. You may not redistribute, copy, or commercially exploit any data or content from this platform without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Atom Trade shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Atom Trade after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
